The MVP is dead. Long live the RAT!

In short, the term Minimum Viable Product has been used and abused for too long. What we want to do with our MVP is to learn, through testing our riskiest assumptions about a solution or a problem. So, let’s call it a Riskiest Assumption Test instead. Read more about RATs here.
